Safety ? Luminous intensity for safety
Community ? Creation of a night light space
Comfort ? Lighting source of low color temperature and indirect lighting

- Provide safe and comfortable light to seniors and increase the safety level through layout of optimized lighting devices.
- Create a specialized community space to use and enjoy night time.
- Create a luxurious and cozy space image by setting a low color temperature (2700K°~3000K°) throughout the complex and express accent through cool white (4000K°~5000K°) lighting.
